It really helps to have an incentive to get your worker pool to refer people. That’s why Tracy set it up so now we get paid bonus money when we refer somoene for an open position and they get hired. It’s a great situation for everyone involved. The company wastes far less time and resources on recruitment, and people like me are getting nice bonuses.
